In gold, the word sustainability gets used a lot and demonstrated very little. For us it means something concrete: knowing where every lot comes from and being able to document it.
Ore with a formal origin is ore that went through operations subject to environmental control, labour regulation and inspection. That is why the first sustainability filter is not a certificate: it is the decision about who we work with and who we do not.
From there, the commitment extends to the places where we operate. Business progress and the progress of the society that makes it possible have to move together, or neither holds.

We run workshops and training aimed at young people and women in Juliaca, designed to give them tools to access better employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
